Sophia’s practice focuses on various matters across the media and entertainment industry, representing artists, songwriters, creators, media and entertainment companies, record labels, music publishers, and production companies, providing strategic legal counsel and advice in both business transactions and music-related matters.
Her career highlights include serving as legal counsel at Rimas Entertainment—where she negotiated high-profile deals in the Latin music industry — and as a member of Pryor Cashman’s Media and Entertainment group. She was also an attorney at a boutique New York law firm, spearheading their entertainment group, a legal extern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, and a judicial extern for the Honorable Kenneth M. Karas in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
In addition, Sophia brings invaluable experience from her time working in television and live music production. Her time touring the country with Joe Walsh of the Eagles gives her a deep understanding of the creative process and the unique needs of artists, producers, promoters, and production companies.
Sophia is a professional member of the Recording Academy and the Latin Recording Academy and serves on the American Bar Association’s Governing Committee for the Entertainment and Sports Industries.

Nicolas’ deep understanding of the music business is built on his multifaceted industry experience — as a singer-songwriter, manager, concert promoter, radio producer, and music publisher. His diverse experiences and bilingual skills have shaped him into a dynamic and forward-thinking attorney, making him an indispensable asset to his clients.
Prior to co-founding NTSS Law, Nicolas was a partner at a prestigious, bespoke Miami-based law firm, and then continued for the past four years, throughout his own practice, Tevez Law, where he worked with renowned artists and creators. Nicolas’ practice focuses on complex music transactions within the music industry, adeptly navigating the complexities of recording, publishing, and touring agreements, as well as catalog sales/exploitations for major artists and songwriters.
Nicolas continues to be an advocate for musicians and creators. Nicolas’ dedication not only speaks to his craft, but his unwavering commitment to mentor emerging talent, underscores his steadfast devotion to the growth and evolution of the music industry.
